Wednesday, November 29, 2006![]() Chef Nick Nairn in full flow at his Port of Menteith cook school yesterday. Images shot for the 'The Lane' and nick Nairn. Many thanks to Ali Findlay and all the smiley cooks who attended the course, you made my job very easy. Monday, November 27, 2006![]() Cold, crisp and bright. Low winter sun across the beach at Joppa yesterday. A perfect sunday walk to round off a perfect weekend at home. Thursday, November 23, 2006![]() The no show of snow has caused havoc for the resort of Mont Tremblant in Canada. Snow machines have been brought in to cover the lower slopes as thanksgiving weekend approaches and the ski season gets off to a shakey start. Global warming is on the lips of all the locals. Taken on the last trip of the year with uber scribbler Dan Savery in the fantastic Quebec ski region of Canada. Thursday, November 16, 2006![]() Knockhill again today with lashings more rain, wind and winter weather. But...it was all made worth while by the presence of 5 80's boxy, purposeful Turbo icons! Brilliant! what a way to spend a day. Shots produced for Practical Classics magazine speed feature for February 2007. Huge thanks to all the owners and drivers for all their patience in the grim Fife weather. Wednesday, November 15, 2006![]() Rain, rain and more rain at Knockhill today! I was at the great place today taking shots of the New Driver school of Excellence and managed to get the sucker to stick and stay to a very wet car window, even at speed. Even with wet feet it was a brillaint day. Tuesday, November 14, 2006![]() Brooding, rain loaded November skies roll over the bronze family sculpture at the new Waterfront development in Edinburgh. Shot today for the final case study section of the Burness Law firm 2007 company brochure. Job done, many thanks to Paul and Tania and looking forward to seeing the final item in print. Thursday, November 09, 2006![]() Across 110th street, 7 days, 6 nights, 100's of shops, 21 meals, 28 coffees, 1 dunkin donuts, 2 deli subs, 1 small hotel, 2 pairs of shoes, 2 handbags and sparkles (ruth's), 1 jumper, 1 t-shirt, the Empire State building, Grand central station, 1 steak, strawberry fields, Brooklyn Bridge, Times Square, Soho, Greenwich village, ground Zero, Central park, Jess and Graeme.....1 hell of a city. |
